Motivational Messaging

Gamblers that reach our call center will be eligible to enroll in our award winning Motivational Messaging program at no cost. Upon enrollment, they will receive 2 SMS messages per week for 12 weeks. These messages are designed to motivate problem gamblers to change their behavior.

The Illinois Alliance on Problem Gambling was officially formed on May 20, 2013. It marked a historic collaboration between the gaming industry, state regulators, and addiction experts. We aim to raise awareness, coordinate resources, and prevent underage play. View the video to learn more.
